I am a degreed mechanical engineer with supporting coursework in AI, systems, accounting, and project management. My background gives me a technical and operator-led approach to solving complex business challenges.

I began my career at Speakman, a 100+ year-old family business, where I gained firsthand experience inside a multi-generational company. That experience shaped my understanding of legacy, accountability, disciplined management, and the responsibility that comes with leading an established business.

Today, much of my work is driven by a practical belief: underperforming businesses often have more potential than their current results show. With the right systems, leadership discipline, and operational focus, they can become stronger, more durable enterprises.

I am the son of Croatian immigrants and grew up in a small, under-resourced community in central Virginia. That upbringing shaped my work ethic and my belief that focus, persistence, and execution can change the trajectory of a life and a business.

Outside of work, I am a husband and father of two. I value family time, helping my children grow and succeed, and staying connected to the community. I enjoy travel, fishing, cars, and golf, and I support organizations including Friends of Sheba, Cedars-Sinai, and the Burbank Police Department.
